Welcome to AutoShineX. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of autoshinex.in (the "Site") and your purchase of products from AutoShineX, operated by RS Global Marketing. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian) to place an order.

2. Products

  • AutoShineX sells vehicle-care products for cars and bikes, including cleaners, lubricants, polishes, and protectants.
  • We make every effort to display products, colours, and descriptions accurately, but actual products may vary slightly.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, offers, and promotions at any time.
  • We accept online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
  • In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order (e.g., stock issues, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations).
  • You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed. This does not guarantee acceptance until dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please provide an accurate, complete address.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund/Return Policy.
  • Due to the nature of chemical and consumable products, opened or used items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged on arrival.
  • Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with photos/video.

7. Product Use & Safety

Important: AutoShineX products are chemical formulations intended for external vehicle-care use only.

  • Always read and follow the label directions and safety instructions before use.
  • Perform a small patch/spot test where advised.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes and skin; wear gloves/ventilate where directed.
  • We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, incorrect application, or failure to follow instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the AutoShineX name, logo, product images, text, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our rights, to introduce malicious code, or to interfere with the Site's operation or security.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoShineX and RS Global Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Results may vary depending on vehicle condition, surface, and application method.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, Delhi.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
